This two strand handmade paper necklace features twenty four naturally dyed poppy red circles with cream designs. It was inspired by the complex ceremonial paintings made with sand by the Navajo people, as a protective mandala. The necklace is made from special papers, silk and cotton fibers, which are treated in order to make them resistant to damage and ideal for daily wear. Decorative red paper bead closure.
