All shipping fees are non-refundable


Regular Priced Merchandise

Must be returned within 10 days after receipt for refund, exchange or store credit.

Sale Merchandise Must be returned within 5 days of receipt for refund, exchange or store credit.

NO returns are accepted after the above time frames! 

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS: Final sale; no returns or exchanges.

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your package with tracking and insuring the package. Santa Fe Weaving Gallery is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
