A Judith Bird masterwork, this jacket is crafted from vintage black silk kimono fabric, hand-dyed by the artist in shades of smoky black and beige. The abstract design of blocks and circles reveals traces of the original fabric's fan and grid pattern, while stitched copper-colored threads create a rhythm of lines across the surface. It is styled with an open pointed collar, two covered snaps for closure, and three-quarter length sleeves with cuffs constructed from geometric triangular pieces finished with beige stitched binding. Fully lined in black pinstriped silk. 100% silk. Dry clean only.
