According to Tatiana, this jacket has some weight to it due to the fact that it has been quilted throughout with silk and other natural materials on top of a woven cotton/silk/viscose base. The deep colors of dark turquoise, purple and magenta are set off against the black base, with a few surprises like a bit of silver sparkle on the shoulder and in back. The applique has been inspired by the work of Cubists which is among the favorite types of fine art of the artist. Non-wrinkling and easy care, it is a wonderful art piece to add to your early spring and fall wardrobe. Silk, cotton, viscose.
Very brief cold water hand wash, a few drops of mild detergent, always separately, spin in washer and dry on medium, or air dry and finish in dryer to soften. Also can be dry cleaned by mild methods, or dry cleaned in dryer at home with a store-bought kit. Do not use stain removers, spot treaters or bleach pens.
