This jacket has an absolute 'Wow!' effect on both the wearer and those watching her. Made out of natural fabrics (brushed organic cotton and silk crepe), it is soft to the touch, with a velvety feel to most of the body. Each of the components has been crafted by the artist with the view of combining them all into one piece, making sure the shapes, lines and colors go organically together to create one complete piece of art you can wear. Various techniques have been utilized in its creation, from salt painting on silk to discharging color and painting, to embroidery and top stitching. Then a large pocket is both fun and practical. Signature raw edging gives the jacket a contemporary feel.
Very brief cold water hand wash, a few drops of mild detergent, always separately, spin in washer and dry on medium, or air dry and finish in dryer to soften. Also can be dry cleaned by mild methods, or dry cleaned in dryer at home with a store-bought kit. Do not use stain removers, spot treaters or bleach pens.
